- Fees for general notary work: for taking an acknowledgment, $10.00 for each signature; for administering an oath or affirmation to one person, $10.00; plus a travel fee to be mutually agreed upon prior to the appointment

- As a notary public, I am required to identify you with a non-expired driver's license, ID card or passport: please call me to discuss other allowable methods of identification if you do not have a valid drivers license, ID card or passport
